RESCUE TEAMS
LVMPD Search and Rescue consists of a Mountain Rescue team, Lead Climb Rescue team, Dive Search and Recovery team, Tactical Emergency Medical Support (TEMS) team, and a Logistics team. Each volunteer team functions as support for missions with the LVMPD Search and Rescue Commissioned Officers. The volunteers on each team are experts in their fields and provide additional skills, experience, and manpower that supplement the LVMPD officers. Each team is directed by Search and Rescue officers to provide training and maintain their effective readiness.
